Effective September 24, 2026
Momentum ("the Software") is a private, internal application owned and operated by Momentum Companies ("the Company"). It is provided solely for use by the Company and individuals the Company expressly authorizes. It is not licensed, sold or offered to the public.
The Company grants each authorized user a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Software for the Company's business and household record-keeping. No other rights are granted.
Users may not share login credentials, grant access to anyone not authorized by the Company, copy or redistribute the Software, or use it for any purpose other than the Company's own records.
The Software connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online through Intuit's published APIs and is subject to Intuit's terms of service. The Company may disconnect the Software from QuickBooks at any time.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
The Software is provided "as is" for the Company's internal use, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Software.
The Company may revoke any user's access at any time. On termination, the user's right to use the Software ends immediately.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
